Local tour guides of the Municipality of Estancia, together with Municipal Tourism Officer Sir Jay De Los Santos, paid a courtesy visit to the municipal office following their participation in the Comprehensive Seven-Day Community Guiding Seminar conducted from April 10 to 16, 2026.

The seminar was organized through the collaboration of Leon Ganzon Polytechnic College and the Department of Tourism Regional Office VI as part of efforts to strengthen community-based tourism and enhance the guiding skills of local tourism frontliners.

The training equipped participants with knowledge and competencies in community guiding, tourism promotion, and cultural heritage appreciation, further preparing them to represent Estancia to visiting tourists and guests.

LGU commended the dedication and commitment of the town’s tour guides in promoting Estancia’s tourism potential, culture, and heritage. Their continued efforts are expected to contribute to the municipality’s growing tourism industry and reinforce their role as proud ambassadors of the community.
